Touchpad recognised but not working on toshiba laptop l50D-B-151

Bug Description
I have installed various various versions of ubuntu: Xubuntu, Ubuntu, Ubuntu Gnome and none of the registers input from my touchpad.
Here is the result when i run xinput

Touchpad is recognised but input is not being registered. My laptop model number is Toshiba L50D-B-151. Hardware is AMD A8 APU 6410 Quadcore 2GHZ with Radeon R5 Graphics.I have reinstalled many times but i still have the same problem
