Bug Description
after upgrading bq M10 (frieza) with OTA-11, most of applications and scopes using internet connection, randomly fails download and display web content (web browser, app store, news scopes (with rss feeds) and so on...).
Trying to refresh helps sometimes at second or (in worse case) even tenth try. It is very annoying, and renders device hardly usable.
I tested ping 8.8.8.8 from terminal - no drops. Also other computers on same network does not experience internet connection problems. The connection drops on my device gets same frequent on my home WiFi, as also on other WiFi with completely different ISP.
This should be something more low level as both web browser and scopes are affected.
I don't know if it can be influenced by another misbehaviour, but I also got impression that power management got worse after OTA-11. The battery started to get very steep power loss (10-15% in 5-20 minutes). I also experienced once 15% power loss while device were powered off (It had 95% before switching off). After I moved to other place (in 20 min) the device didn't wanted to switch on - the power button didn't reacted. After I tried to put it on again after next 10 min, it switch on, but battery was now 80%. For me it looks as some serious power firmware bug (probably it is not fixable, as android part, and closed source binary blobs are in control of it :( ). I got impression that steep battery percentage drops happen at the same time I have failing web apps described above.
