i simple ran "sudo apt update" then "sudo apt full-upgrade" and ended up with this error..

I'd like to first rule out that this is not a duplicate of the following bug:

Do you have Sophos AV installed? If so, please try disabling it temporarily and retry the update:

/opt/sophos-av/bin/savdctl disable
