Bug Description
The documentation should explain the process to follow in order to remove a host (compute host at first, but others as well) from a running OSA deployment.

We should probably include the process for decommissioning each grouping of hosts - compute, storage, controllers, swift, etc. They're all sufficiently different and need specialised actions. Bonus points for adding convenience playbooks to the openstack- ansible- ops repository!
