"Nearby" should not be translatable

Steps:
Swipe to nearby scope, check the translations

Actual result:
“Nearby” is translated into "身旁"

Expectation:
"Nearby" should not be translated or translatable because it is the scope brand name.

Actually, "NearBy" should not be translated at all. It is the scope branded name (like firefox) and according to product management, it should always display as "NearBy".

From an end user's point of view, I find this one a bit confused. Not having an official translation of "Scope" is rough enough, not to get to have a localized name of Today/NearBy only makes it worse. Firefox has a localized name "火狐浏览器".

As I understand it, "NearBy" must only be translated in Chinese. If it is now enabled for translations, how will you prevent the translation community from translating it into other langauges?

Note for this bug:
1. In general, the "NearBy" is the brand name so it should NOT be translated
2. But for the case in China NearBy, the decision made in sprint: China Launch we keep the original translation as "身旁"
(and this is what I submitted for the rev. 11)

It is not clear to me why this bug is against the nearby-scope (instead of the private nearby-china scope).

However, it appears to be fix-released.
