The asterisk should be red to be consistent with other error message

Bug Description

When the required field leaved blank, all the error message are in red only the asterisk is in blue. All the error message should be in unified style.

Make error message in modal a unified style

    When the required field in a modal form leaved blank, all the error
    message are in red only the asterisk is in blue. All the error
    message should be in unified style.
