Bug Description
Running soundconverter 2.9.0-beta1 on Ubuntu 16.04. Package version 3.0.0~alpha1+
Converting a flac file taggged with the date "2016" results in an mp3 with year "unkown", but with the rest of the tags intact.
Debug mode doesn't output any encoding errors.
