[Description]
When trying to add a fabric, VLAN, or Space, I noticed that the form does not correctly align with the design.
[Reproduce]
1. Go to networks page.
2. Click on 'Add'
3. Select 'Add Fabric', 'Add VLAN', 'Add Space'
4. You will see this http://
5. Compare with 'Add Subnet'
If you see at (4), the form is misplaced and at the same level of the 'Add XXX' button. If you compare this with 'Add Subnet', you'll see that it is formatted correctly.
