Bug Description

Incron crashes when it is unable to disable a watch:

From syslog:
incrond[5099]: *** unhandled exception occurred ***
incrond[5099]: void InotifyWatch::SetEnabled(bool): disabling watch failed
incrond[5099]: error: (22) Invalid argument
incrond[5099]: stopping service

Description: Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
