Bug Description
In activity mode a manually forced (through dispatcher window) signal returns to system controlled mode when a train passes it, which is reasonable (else the signal remains to a state that would allow passing of other trains, even if the section after it is occupied).
This instead does not occur in manual and explorer mode.
