MAAS bridge script needs to reside in /var/tmp on precise

Bug Description

The bridge script needs to reside in permanent storage on precise. This is because provisioning a precise machine the machine reboots before it is run and /tmp is ephemeral. This change already exists on 1.25 and needs to be ported to master.
