Bug Description

Currently no version of Base builds against RTEMS >=4.11. Mainly due to use of internal/semi-public RTEMS APIs which are changed in 4.11.

I don't have time, or at this moment interest, in addressing this. I've assigned myself this bug as I'm willing to advise someone with time+interest.

Would this be implemented in the 3.15 series or 3.16? I would consider it for 3.15 but if it needs major rewrites of the RTEMS code then 3.16 might be more appropriate.

Not sure if Eric Norum is still doing anything with RTEMS, he might be able/willing to advise.

I will try to fix this. But will take some 4-6 weeks as I am still stuck in the MVME6100 booting issue (RTEMS 4.12). Advise from Eric would be appreciated.
