Bug Description
Aquaris M10, OTA 10.1
When the device arrived, location detection worked fine.
Since the OTA update, the location icon in the status bar top right keeps disappearing and reappearing (about twice a second).
No apps can determine my location.

Adding "Canonical System Image" to the bug report, as this seems like a system level issue.
