I have been trying to reproduce this by switching on/off bluetooth from the indicator and from system setting several times, but no luck yet.

While doing this I tried to connect a BT headset after each few tries, successfully. I also left the tablet aside for a few minutes without BT, then was able to turn it on successfully too.

Were there any files in /var/crash/ when this happened? Could somebody attach syslog after reproducing this?

I also tried about 50 times to switch on/off bluetooth from indicator while connecting a bluetooth k/b and speaker, but didn't reproduce the issue.

I've now discussed this with Noemi @ BQ, and they can also not reproduce this again this morning. It seems therefore to be very rare.

I've subscribed the original reporter (jose-ferrera), and when he is next available (he's ooo today), he can try to repro.

In the meantime, moving to OTA-12, as this does not block OTA-11, per discussion with BQ
