pymsql problem in devstack

If you try to setup a devstack following the steps for monasca-devstack in [0] the DevStack will start but Monasca will be not working well.

Try to login into horizon with mini-mon user, go to Monitoring tab click in Alarm Definitions and you will get many errors.

Enviroment details:
- Ubuntu 14.04 server (update/ugrade)
- Virtual Machine with 20 vcpus /20GB ram/ 100 GB disk

I'm also trying to setup monasca with stable/mitaka branch but not successful if you guys have any tips i appreciate.
