[sahara-image-elements] can't create images with zookeeper

Step to reproduce:
- Try build image with Storm plugin.

Expected:
- Image for Storm plugin build successfully.
Now:
- Error by trying to download Zookeeper package.

In the "Zookeeper" element there is url link to package: http://archive.apache.org/dist/zookeeper/stable/zookeeper-3.4.6.tar.gz

It's not available now.

    Change url link to Zookeeper package

    I change url link for new Zookeper version. The oldest version doesn't
    accessible in original apache SDN.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/sahara-image-elements 5.0.0.0b2 development milestone.
