[SwiftStack] Cannot use DNS name for 'Swift API'

Bug Description
When configuring the plugin, you are forced to specify an IP address for the 'Swift API IP Address'. This could be a resolvable DNS name in SwiftStack cluster deployments (and is required if a round-robin DNS among proxy servers strategy is used for a SwiftStack deployment).
