Default Term application fails

Bug Description

I get the following message when I attempt to open a Terminal from the desktop or Flux menu entry.

uxterm tried unsuccessfully to use locale en_US.UTF-8
by setting $LC_CTYPE to "en_US.UTF-8".

I too am getting this message on Fluxbuntu RC 7.10.

Machine config,
Celeron 333MHz
64MB RAM

I am able to open other applications (file browser, web browser etc.) properly.

I get the same. It appears that mine is permissions related as I can run it fine as root. I'm not a Linux whiz by any means, but hopefully that helps.
