[packages] "duplicate" packages on ISO

We have a number of "duplicate" (with diff versions) packages on ISO, so need to decide, which packages to use and which ones should be removed. Here is the list:

No, those are not duplicates but metapackages for compatibility. We will remove them later from spec.
