Application hangs on the same phone number entered as 2nd additional account

Description:
Telegram will hangs on the "Phone Number" page when user entered the same one as previous had.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Press "Add Account" on menu
    c) Select the country
    d) Enter the phone number you had before (the same one)
    e) Press "OK" from confirmation dialog
    f) Observe current page

Expected Result:
Application need to let user know the number is the same (or the account is existed).

Actual Result:
Telegram hangs on the "Phone Number" page.

10/10 (100%)
