Keystonev3 not supported

The hooks hardcode "v2.0" to the endpoint URL, and looking at the code, I see only support for keystonev2. As we migrate to mitaka and later, the base bundle I believe is also migrating to keystonev3 instead of v2. Can support be added for either version?

The charms still default to v2; and so does the openstack-base bundle; that said, this is an oversight and does need to be fixed.

Is the base bundle still defaulting to v2? Can we use keystonev3 across the board yet? I see the milestone was pushed out for this; what's the status on deploying and supporting keystone v3?

Keystone has a charm config option to enable v3:
  preferred-api-version: 3
