[Dashboard] Deployment fails due to missing password

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an environment
2. Add an application with password field. For example, WordPress
3. Fill up the form
4. Deploy

Observed result:
2016-05-25 15:56:18 — Action deploy is scheduled
2016-05-25 15:56:19 — [io.murano.Environment.applications[2]] [io.murano.apps.WordPress.dbPassword] null value violates notNull() contract
2016-05-25 15:56:20 — Deployment finished with errors

    Revert "Add 'password' to names of password fields in dynamic forms"

    Reverted commit caused to error with password fields.
    Data provided in the input of password field never
    was put into object model and app object received `null` value
    instead of that.
    This reverts commit 6edfc0413da48c4ba12b9a83c7612530d7c03530.
