Detailed bug description:
OSTF test "Check state of haproxy backends on controllers" is failed after successful deployment of a new environment.

Refer please to scenario descriptions of the failed system tests.

Expected result: post-deployment OSTF run is executed without errors.
Actual result: "Check state of haproxy backends on controllers" OSTF test is failed with error
