In order to automate test from bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1584131 we need to create slave with network card pinned to specific numa node.

Libvirt Node device use 'numa' field for mapping on some hardware CPU cores. But we should map *virtual* network cards on some *virtual* numa nodes.

Is this case still actual?
