Need to remove old "manufacturer" and "platform_name" data from Nodes report

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open Nodes report

Actual result:
1. "platform_name" is fully identical to new "meta.system.product"
2. "manufacturer" is almost identical to new "meta.system.manufacturer"
3. "meta..." data is more actual so I suggest to remove old columns

Expected result:
1. Download and open Nodes report
2. There are no old "manufacturer" and "platform_name" columns

    manufacturer and platform_name removed from nodes CSV report

    We had data duplication in the nodes CSV report:

     - platform_name is identical to meta.system.product
     - manufacturer is identical to meta.system.manufacturer

    Product Management team uses data from meta in their reports, thus
    we are removig platform_name and manufacturer fields from the nodes
    CSV report.
