Bug Description
There is failed install tests job: https:/
And there is repourl=http://
Besides the install tests have to be executed with repourl=http://
but with no mirrors.

We use snapshots to avoid test failures related to repo update during test run.
So everything works as expected.
I suppose that your problem could be solved by grouping requests.
