Bug Description
MOS8
When installing Fuel and gets into fuelmenu, I need to change DNS server so that Fuel can reach the time servers. DNS settings in fuelmenu do not apply changes.
It happens that resolv.conf is not updated immediately and time servers are unreachable.
Workaround: in order to fix it I have to switch to second console and manually update resolv.conf (it is empty by default). IN this case time servers are reachable and fuelmenu can proceed. Proper settings are applied when puppet starts on Fuel.

9 and 10 are not affected. For 8.0 there is no sense to cover this, because of it will go to MU, that should be applied to deployed master.
