Bug Description
MAAS still shows EOL releases to download. The MAAS image streams show the EOL date of the releases, and as such, MAAS shouldn't be providing options to download EOL images.
So MAAS should:
1. Do not provide a selection for a EOL release (so that users won't be able to download EOL releases).
2. MAAS should NOT remove EOL releases. If a user previously imported a EOL release, and one suddenly becomes EOL, MAAS shouldn't automatically remove it. It simply should do 1 above.
3. MAAS should provide a way to delete old images individually.

I'm taking maas-images off of this. maas-images provides information for maas to decide if an image is supported or not.
I ask that when the maas team implements this feature, they please take care to not delete people's working environments when a release becomes "unsupported".
Ie, if I have a workload working for me on April 27 of 2017 (the last day of official support for 12.04) that uses precise, please do not delete my 12.04 images on April 28th.
