One OSTF failed. Deploy with NSXv plugin.
Steps to reproduce:
iso #9.0-mos-390
nsxv build #454
1. Deploy 3 controllers and 1 compute-vmware.
2. Run OSTF tests.
Expected results:
All OSTF should be passed.
Actual result:

I can see in cluster_1_ha.log: tests.ha. test_haproxy: DEBUG: Dead backends ['object-storage node-2 Status: DOWN/SOCKERRSes sions: 0 Rate: 0 ', 'object-storage node-3 Status: DOWN/L4CON Sessions: 0 Rate: 0 ']
fuel_health.
This is not nsxv specific bug. Probably a bug in the Swift deployment.
