App hangs when creating a second account

When adding a 2nd account, after entering country and phone number data (and confirming), the app hangs with a spinning wheel before the number confirmation dialog is displayed. The log on the console states:

"UTC qml: sourcePage must be added to the view to add new page"

Reproduce Steps:
  a) Launch Telegram
  b) Log in account: A
  c) Select "Add Account" in settings to login account: B
  d) Select country code and enter phone number (and confirm)
  f) Observe spinning wheel. The app hangs

Occurrence:
08/10 (80%)

Actual Result:
The app hangs on the phone number entry page displaying a spinning wheel

Expected Result:
Telegram should prompt the user to enter the authorisation code

Click package:
    com.ubuntu.telegram (2.2.16.0)

I confirmed,
the page is hanged on "Phone Number" page,
and it seems is loading over and over.

From logs,
it shows below:
    [20160525 17:23:07.531 CST qml: sourcePage must be added to the view to add new page.
need to check APL using in such the case.

And the back key in "Phone Number" page does not work at the case,
user should cancel the auth. process anytime.
