Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
 File /etc/pycadf/neutron_api_audit_map.conf contain trash binary symbols.
 It cause crash of neutron-server if CADF notification is enabled for neutron.
Steps to reproduce:
 Install package python-pycadf and check file /etc/pycadf/neutron_api_audit_map.conf with editor
Expected results:

Impact:
 It cause crash of neutron-server if CADF notification is enabled for neutron.
Description of the environment:
- Operation system: 3.13.0-86-generic #131-Ubuntu SMP
- Versions of components: neutron-server 2:7.0.4-1~u14.04+mos71

I have fixed this in version 2.2.0-2 of python-pycadf in Debian. Please pick-up the fixed version which contains the patch.
