OpenOffice 2.3 freeze with actions in calc

Hello,
the freezes come very unspecific, e.g. by right click in a cell and choosing in the context menu format, inserting notice in a cell, opening extra options and choosing any option. Actually after working a minute and doing successive actions or just open the suite and open extra options, the screen gets dark and process has to be killed.

My system is Ubuntu 7.10 with Compiz activated normal.

Supplement, I can reproduce the behavior without Compiz desktop effects.

  can you try to reproduce the error with the Human theme (System->Preferences->Appearance...)
  please start openoffice from a terminal and include console output in case of freeze (from terminal type ooffice -wri

  there are known issues with some themes an oOo 2.3.0 which should be solved with 2.3.1 (ooffice -calc )

Hi Koen,
thanks for the reply and I would say the resolve for now.
Because with a Human theme it is not reproducable.
With the other theme I usually use still having freezes and I attach the console output from each.

it is the same open office bug as 131526 and it should be corrected in OO-2.3.1 will fix the bug; see http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=82608
