execution mode of nautilus actions has no effect

the execution mode "Terminal", "Embedded" of nautilus actions has no effect: the program does run, but there is no terminal displayed

Steps to reproduce:
1. deploy the "test.sh" file to "/tmp" with permission 755
2. extract and deploy the action files to ~/.local/share/file-manager/actions/
3. logout and login

Expected result:
Test the action at the right click menu, Terminal windows should be displayed as the script request to sleep for 5s
