lxqt-config monitor segfaults when launching lxqt-config monitor on yakkety

To reproduce install lxqt-config and to launch lxqt-config-monitor from a terminal. lxqt-config-monitor will display a debug message of segmenetation fault.

kscreen: Failed to request backend: "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown" : "The name org.kde.KScreen was not provided by any .service files"
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

lxqt-config is compiled against the wrong liblxqt (0.9) - that could be solved by fixing liblxqt (patch available) and rebuild the package - it must be compiled against liblxqt (0.10)
