Bug Description
At the moment, there is not option to remove a previously defined cloud, I found this issue when I had a typo in the name given to a cloud definition.

This bug has not been updated since command was added in Juju 2.0.
I can see it both in code tree and in 'juju help commands'.
I am marking this is Fix Committed. However, I can only target it to current milestone which will misleading read 2.1-rc1.
Ideally, it should have said "Fix Released" for 2.0.0 milestone.
