Bug Description

There is a known performance issue with 'prefetch', which is enabled by default in 9.10:

https://kb.isc.org/article/AA-01315/0/prefetch-performance-in-BIND-9.10.html

The fix diff appears to be minimal:

Would you consider including this as a patch in the 9.10.3 Xenial packages?

Thank you for the report and apologies for the (very late) reply.

The patch mentioned in the description is present since bind9 9.11.0 version, which first appeared in Bionic. For this reason, I'm closing this bug as Invalid.

Thank you.
