Intlclock does not take keyboard focus.

Bug Description

The intlclock-applet doesn't take keyboard focus like the clock applet does and it prevents moving through tasks with the keyboard and updating the percent complete. As the cell still appears editable, it is confusing when the value you type appears in another window entirely. This is a feature regression when compared to the original clock.

In addition, I got this error: "intlclock" does not exist in Ubuntu. Please choose a different package. If you're unsure, please select "I don't know"
