Bug Description
Binary package hint: system-config-samba
One of the first things that many new (and old) users want to set up on their machines is sharing folders on the local network. In its current state the samba configuration applet allows you to set up which folders to share but it does not cover setting up and enabling access to local shares.
This is one of the few places where you still NEED to drop to the command line in order to set up basic functionality.
