Change test group for uca_neutron_ha swarm thread

UCA tests were extended with 3 new tests and we need to add it into swarm; (https://github.com/openstack/fuel-qa/blob/stable/mitaka/fuelweb_test/tests/tests_uca/test_uca.py#L26)

The best option is to change test group for uca_neutron_ha thread (or rename the thread in addition to changing the group) for both 9.0 and 10.0 swarms

Change test group name for uca_neutron_ha

Fuel QA added serveral tests for UCA tests and would love to see
them executed in swarm. They asked directly to change group name
