Bug Description
I heard my fan going and checked, and appstreamcli was consuming a whole core. I rebooted, and immediately it was doing it again, and I had to SIGKILL it.
I'll reboot shortly and report whether it does it again. I assume I should make it dump core if so.
Very recent 16.04 install, not doing anything odd with it. The dpkg lock was held though, which I assume would be related. I was going to reboot because of that as a safe option when I noticed appstreamcli.
