Bug Description
After upgrading to 4.4.0-22-lowlatency (or 4.2.0-36-generic 4.4.0-22-generic) kernel (from kernel 3.19.0-32-generic) KTorrent downloading to NTFS partition (FUSE) significantly degraded performance and latency.
For instance during the download to NTFS partition (FUSE) KTorrent hanged for seconds, download speed decreased, sometimes up to 400Kbit/s. There is no such issue with 3.19.0-32-generic kernel. But with that old kernel there is other issue (epic bug 12309) , that I've commented on bugzilla.
