Bug Description

During a clean install of 15.10 on the 500G hard disk on a new HP 15-ac154ng notebook in a dual-boot setting, the installation fails stating>

The 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install into /target/. Without the GRUB boot loader, the installed system will not boot.

After clicking 'OK', ubiquity crashes, and as to be expected, Ubuntu doesn't boot from the hard disk.
