Unable to chose an icon for a user account

3) What you expected to happen
In the system control panel where user accounts can be managed I'm unable to define an icon. With the panel unlocked I would expect to be able to chose one of the preset images or use any other image.

4) What happened instead
I just does not use the images. The default image remains in place.

Update your packages, and it should work again.
