Bug Description
After deploy environment we have a problem with connection to db.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Copy plugin rpm on master node.
2.Install plugin: fuel plugins --install ceilometer-
1. Deploy an environment with 3 controllers+mongo, 1 compute, Ceilometer enabled and enabled Redis plugin
2. Execute vim /var/log/
Expected result: 2016-05-18 14:48:52.612 11368 INFO ceilometer.
