LibreOffice not appearing when running on panel

Bug Description
when I use LibreOffice and I run eg LibreOffice Writer. then it does not appear on a panel at the next start menu linux mint.
usually when I use a program or programs that are running there like in windows on the panel next to the start menu that appears eg Mozilla Firefox. while on the LibreOffice program does not appear.
This makes it difficult for me when I want multitasking on linux mint that should be able to click on any bar panel and I have to press alt + tab key beforehand when I want to go back to the LibreOffice group.
please fix this ..
