Requirements doesn't trig with Rc-proposed image

Hello,

I tried different requirements and only one trig the action.
For instance the action is play/pause the media player.
With
- bluetooth enable : nothing
- bluetooth disable : nothing
- wifi ok : nothing
- wifi off : nothing
- power supply on : nothing
- power supply off : It's working !

I guess some changed has been made in the system that requires to update the soft.
