Bug Description
Was advised to check the hard drive with checkdisk in DOS. No errors to report but the installation bug is still there.
Ubuntu files are installed on the harddrive, but no bootloader. Windows loader still reports only Windows 10 as operating system.

I'm not sure what partition you checked, but your EFI system partition is corrupt and will need to be repaired.
