Bug Description

It would be useful to search for failures if UT runs are reported in junitxml style reporting.
Also need to run config UT for src/schema chagnes.

Report config unit-test runs with junitxml format. Also
* report summary coverage on stdout
* re-factor to use common run_test.sh
* run config unit-tests on src/schema directory changes
* fix a race-condition in test_misc schema transformer UT
