Bug Description

Hello, this is a minor display bug.

(VERSION OF THE PACKAGE : 1:16.04.3)

While the packets were downloading, I see that the progress bars (who indicates the progress of the download of each package) were not filled.

EDIT : it applies with the majority of (ubuntu-included) gtk apps
