Pulseaudio on 16.04 Xenial fails to load due to missing libsystemd-login.so.0

Bug Description

Sound playback with aplay works (directly to ALSA, I think). Sound widget on taskbar displays a grey muted icon. Sound Settings has no idea that I even have audio.

In a terminal:

henk@henk-qemu-desktop:~$ pulseaudio

I had to clean out a custom built pulseaudio from december 2014. I'll look around some for cruft, but at least sound now works :)

Thanks, indeed your error was about /usr/local so custom installation
